The management team of www.MAMaster.com was roped in by Mdm Ge Chunyan - chief instructor of BaFang Wushu Training Centre Singapore and Wushu advisor to www.MAMaster.com, to help provide logistic and publicity support for the 2 days BaGua Zhang seminar held at HomeTeam-NS JOM Club House on the 17 and 18 Dec 2005. We designed both English & Chinese seminar poster for the event, supply the button badges, design the seminar certificate and help to place a few advertisements in the local press. We also enlisted the help of Tong Dian Shu Dian Supplies at Bras Basah Complex to help distribute the seminar flyer to local martial arts enthusiasts.

Day 1 of the seminar was held at the multi-purpose hall from 2pm to 6pm and more than 40 participants turned up for the seminar. Topics covered includes the tradition, history & philosophy of Cheng Style BaGua Zhang and the Basic 8 Palm of BaGua Zhang which form the basis of BaGua Qigong.

Day 2 of the seminar was held at the air-conditioned Learning Centre from 2pm to 6pm and participants were taught the traditional application of the BaGua 8 Mother Palm. Shihan Michael Sim - chief instructor of Hayashi-ha Shitoryu Karate, and a member of our expert panel also dropped in with some of his members to lend support to Mdm Ge. Both have conducted martial arts classes at Marine Parade Community Club. The seminar ended with all participants being presented with a certificate of participation.
